1. Agreement

By using Arabird you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Arabird is a subscription Arabic learning app.

3. Your account

Give accurate details, keep your login secure, and you are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.

4. Subscription and billing

Arabird Pro is £14.99 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, renewing automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your profile, and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse, copy, or attempt to break the service, share your account, or scrape or redistribute the content.

7. Intellectual property

All lessons, audio, characters, and content belong to Arabird. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning only.

8. Availability

The service is provided as is, and we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error free.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
